Skills Clinic by Audi/Felt/HDX Tuesday June 18

Brought to you by the
Audi/Felt Cycling Team p/b HDX Hydration Mix

When: June 18 at 4pm, with roll out at 4:30pm.

Where: Meet at the Audi and HDX Hydration Mix tents at OTH.

What: This is a skills clinic focused on the category 2, 3, and 4 rider (super sport and below). These clinics will be run by the professional racers on the Audi/Felt Cycling Team p/b HDX Hydration Mix, and riders will be paired up with a pro from the team to ride a lap of the course and to ask questions about everything mountain bike racing. The Audi/Felt pros will be there to ride with racers attending the clinic, and answer any questions you may have about racing tactics, nutrition, or technical riding skills.

Why: At one point we were all new or quasi-new to mountain bike racing and we spent time rubbing elbows with other riders (plus a lot of trial and error) to get to become professional riders. Passing on our knowledge of all the aspects of the sport we love is a great way to give back to the racers of the Over The Hump Race Series.

Worth it yes, but only if you like to have fun, play hard, and meet great people. We’d love to have you out at Irvine.

No you don’t have to be a registered racer, helmet and bike you’re ready to race. (clinic) Thanks,

I’d jump in Sport, because of similar elevation and mileage. It’s 3 laps and a more technically fun course. You can always move to beginner if you find yourself overspent after your first race.

Rock on! See you on Race day!
