Joe Friel comes to Orange County Wednesday January 9
On January 9th at 6pm Joe Friel famed author of The Cyclist, Mountain Biker, and Triathletes Training Bible and founder of Training Peaks will speak at the impressive Oakley Building Auditorium and offer his insights about how to improve your performance as a cyclist and help you reach your personal goals as an athlete. Friel holds a masters degree in exercise science and is both a USA Cycling certified elite-level and USA Triathlon coach. Friel also coached Ryan Bolton, Olympic athlete and winner of the 2002 Ironman Triathlon at Lake Placid.
E. Anthony Reguero and Todd Brown, two advocates for riders within our cycling community, are co-sponsoring this event to bring cyclists of all levels an opportunity to learn how to make the most out of the time they spend cycling.
