HDX Hydration Mix Partners with Fitness and Training Facilities to Form HDX Fit

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF. (January 13, 2014) – HDX Hydration Mix announced today that they have entered into a licensing agreement. The agreement provides Bodyworks Lifestyle, Inc, which owns and operates 4 fitness and training locations with over 300 members throughout Orange County, CA to use of the HDX name and it’s signature “Fire Drop” logo to operate and develop fitness and training facilities under the name HDX Fit.

“Adding HDX Fit to our portfolio is an innovative channel to our business strategy,” said Vipe Desai, HDX Hydration Mix CEO and Founder. “From our healthy hydration mix, to signature reusable bottles to filtered hydration stations, HDX Fit will provide us another on-ramp to create an even stronger overall brand experience and the freedom to focus on what’s important – constant innovation with a robust consumer experience.”

HDX Fit will welcome all levels of athletes. From beginner (right off the couch) to advanced (professional athletes). HDX Fit trainers are certified in sports science and nutrition to develop a fitness, training and nutrition strategy while offering the highest level of service.
“HDX Fit will operate on a simple belief; People deserve the best life they can have. A healthy strong body coupled with a nourished, focused mind can achieve anything. Our training principles are pure science but they come with more – philosophy. Said Huw Lloyd Davies, HDX Fit co-owner. “Not just the fundamentals needed to shape people into what ever they desire but also the mind set and belief systems that allow them to apply themselves to our concepts with everything they have, so that the small time they spend with us, will lead to greater things when they are away from us.”

HDX Fit will also include dedicated retail space that will include performance apparel along with organic and natural beverages and snacks.
“We’re excited to enter into this unique licensing opportunity to work alongside a best-in-class product and team.” Said Stu White, HDX Fit Co-founder. “Our members have been raving about the benefits of HDX Hydration Mix over the past year and to now be part of the portfolio will only strengthen our ability to provide only the very best health and wellness program.”
