Over the Hump Winter 2023 Mountain Bike Race Series kicked off this past Saturday, January 28. 43 Sponsors and exhibitors lined the expo and made some noise, adding to the hear pumping action with 589 racers racing and sunning in the recently rain soaked Irvine Lake course.

Simple Green Family Night gave the kids (of all ages) some serious fun and full size product.

Thanks to our epic trail crew for their Herculean efforts these past two weeks. Hours of Bobcat dirt moving, raking and shoveling work the jump line along with major course repair delivered the best trail conditions OTH Racers have seen in years….no dust, great lines, and grippy dirt.

The SSB Kilowatt E-Bike Race energized the initial kick off to our E-bike series, introduced this year.  We are asking racers to email us to tell us what you thought, if you raced the E-Bike Race. Give us your feedback, and we’ll buy you a Docent or soda at the next race, February 18th. Just email info@raceoth.com to let us know if you think it should have been more laps, less classes, etc.  We’re gonna keep this one in the Petri dish until we get it right.
