Pre‑Registration & Check‑In

  • Pre‑register online: $25 (Kids) and $45 (Adult) per race. Please have your signed Waiver/Release available to show registration staff on race day. Allow ~30 minutes to check in and collect your race number.
  • Race‑day registration: On‑site registration opens at 4:00 PM. Race‑day fee: $30 (Kids) and $50 (Adult).
  • OTH merchandise (shirts & socks) are available for purchase, on-site, while supplies last.

Waivers & Repeat Check‑In

  • One release per season: If you’ve already raced this season, we have your release on file; first‑time racers complete a digital waiver.
  • Returning racers: After your first race you may register online or use Speed Registration on site—no full check‑in required each week.

Logistics & Parking

  • First race start: 5:30 PM (kids’ race for ages 6–11 at 5:30 PM).
  • Parking: $5 per car. MAZDA vehicles receive complimentary VIP parking at every race.

Classes & Who Should Race

  • Race Class Info Available Here
  • Entry guidance: Choose the class that matches your ability and fitness—not just experience. Technical sections, climbs, and descents exist; you may walk any section you’re uncomfortable with.
  • Honor system: Riders are expected to enter the appropriate class. Race Director may move riders placed in the wrong category.

Equipment

  • All pedal bikes are welcome. E‑bikes are not permitted. Suspension optional; wider tires may help in soft sections. Cross and other drop bar bikes are welcome.

Course & Pre‑ride

  • Pre‑ride: Course open race day only from 4:00–5:00 PM, then closed until racing begins.

Events, Membership & Insurance

  • No association membership required. Race as you are.
  • Insurance: Liability coverage is included in the race fee. This is not medical insurance—please ensure you have appropriate personal coverage.

Spectators & Community

  • Spectators: Free and encouraged. Staging area provides excellent viewing, grass, shade, and restrooms.

Timing & Results

  • We use RFID chip timing for lap and finish data. Results are posted initially for review and finalized by 5:00 PM the day after the race.
  • Official scoring is by finish order; lap times are supplemental and may be adjusted if chip reads fail. Discrepancies typically resolved and reposted the night after the race.
