OTH is designed to be a fun and welcoming event for participants of all experience levels. Our goals are to:
- Create an atmosphere where participants can build meaningful relationships with sponsors and exhibitors.
- Provide a supportive environment that encourages newcomers to the sport.
- Foster camaraderie and strengthen our cycling community.
Please review the following information:
- Move-in and Unloading: Exhibitor move-in will take place from 2:00–3:45PM on race day in the designated exhibitor area. Due to increased foot traffic, no vehicles will be permitted to move-in the vendor area after 3:45PM.
- Tear Down and Departure: Tear down begins at 8:00 PM. Exhibitors may not depart while racers are still on course.
- Vehicles: Only vehicles necessary for unloading and booth setup are permitted in the exhibitor area. Once unloading is complete, all vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area.
- Food and Alcohol: Distribution of food or alcohol by exhibitors is not permitted.
- Electricity: Electricity is not available on site.
